I recently purchased idea postpaid and also registered the complain regarding no network connection at my location.i purchased 4G plan and I am not able to get 2 G network.Idea executive promised to resolve by 2nd May but still no initiative taken nor call received for feedback.i am planning to switch to other better service provider Much unhappy with services
