[Resolved] Idea Cellular — No incoming calls/messages to my mobile since 6 days: | |||
Hi, This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaid number is [protected].It is Andhra Pradesh circle number recently shifted to pune.So i changed this number to pune circle. New sim taken from your agent Pandurang in Accenture Pvt Ltd(PDC3).The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages on the day of activating. Think once how we can manage mobile without incoming.I am facing this problem since 5 days. So I decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey. Please Activate my mobile for incoming then I can port to other network. Surely it is worst service I never faced. My alternate number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
