I tired to reach idea customer support thru' phone/email and store support. I am still awaiting the response for aditya brila group.
This is the worse support service experience in the country by idea mobile and aditya brila group. I have been writing email due to a network issue that started since past 2 months. And
Yet they are unable to provide a solution. The solution is to set up a booster in the locality or residence. But idea could not even support the need of senior citzens. 3 number on 3 different devices. So they cant even say it is a mobile issue. Hence they even stopped to respond to the email nor calls. They hang up calls when you call them to complain. Or they say we will look into the issue. There are so many incapable resources in idea who cannot audit the resolution chart. I am sure the ceo and the governing party cant get their hand on their customer support. Check the emails starting july 28, 2014 till date for you to understand how incapable the support from the idea customer support team as been.
