[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — No recharge after online payment

I have recharged my idea mobile no. [protected] with net pack of 106 twice on[protected], the idea portal showed that transaction was successful but no recharge was done on my no. I contacted the customer service of Idea but they did not give any answer about this case. they gave me confusing informations and directly denied to resolve my problem. Kindly look into this case and try to resolve it.
