I have raised a complaint last month july 28, 2014 and i did not get any response till date. I have initiated an email after a month of no response from idea . I have the same network issue on all the 3 idea mobile numbers and all the 3 numbers are on 3 different devices. This issue just started in the month of june 2014. And post the complaint i didn't get any response from the email support team or on the website nor from the phone support.
I have given idea a proper explanation and yet i did not get any solution. The idea store says a booster could solve the issue. Yet no one cares to help the senior citizens. We been using idea for quite sometime. Since the issue no one wants to take the ownership.
I will have to take this to the next level, till idea says sorry we can't give you a solution. I want to hear this from the service provider. So i can switch the service provider with a number portability option.
Just so you know your email customer support services are very very bad. They can't read and understand an email. And i see aditya brila group spending a lot of time and money on tv ad's. Instead of fixing issues with the services. And more over i feel they are more attached to the owl and dont want to see any issues of the customer. I am highly disappointed since idea were unwilling to help senior citizens post several attempts.
