On 12th December I activated international roaming on my idea number. And on the day of my journey which was 15th December the phone was showing no service. On 17th December I registered complaint with Vi customer care through an email, I was told to wait till 21st December. Then I again contacted Vi care through WhatsApp on 21st and they had no solution to the issue. I was told to wait till 24th, 27th and now 30th December. It’s been 15days and they are still not able to resolve the issue. All I am getting tarikh pe tarikh. I am fed up with their customer agent who are no better than any robot. I am being charged for IR pack and also I am losing on my business as I cannot receive any call and SMS for last 15 days.
I have changing the settings and all as directed but nothing is working. Was this information helpful? |
