[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — No signal in last 5 days

I had moved to idea postpaid after 5 years. But i am already repenting on why i had ported and moved to this operator. My initial porting and sim activation took almost a month. And then ir and isd activation i could not get it done over the phone. They asked me to visit the nearest idea office. I paid 3k (Refundable) deposit and got it activated. Now in south korea, i am not getting any signal on my phone for last 3 days. I always travel on business and use my phone for all local korea (International roaming) and india calls. My phone signal has been barred since tuesday. I am unable to receive messages, make or receive calls. I even paid an amount of inr3000 to my number, thinking may be the limit has been reached. But that didnt do any good. My mother had visited the nearest idea store at marathahalli, bangalore and we tried to contact our sales person mr. Habeeb pasha, but all efforts in vain. I repent a lot for moving to idea. I am never going to recommend anyone to idea.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please understand that I am in South Korea now and do not have any other phone with me. I have only 1 phone with IDEA SIM bearing # [protected] and it is not working. I am put up in a hotel and have internet connection. So I can email/chat, but no call.
