Idea Cellular — non functioning of website online payment thru debit card

This is to inform you that For the last two months I have been facing a lot of problems from your Website. My mobile number is [protected]. If you can refer to my bill payment history, I have always paid my bill before the last date. I am sure you will have these details on your system too. Now My problem starts last month when I have to pay my bill of my payment cycle with Oct 26 to Nov 26th 2013. I tried going to the site and pay my bill thru debit card as I have been using my debit card. I click on the Pay Bill Option of your website as always and put the amount I have to pay, your website gives me a reply saying the System Is under maintenance. For the First fifteen days evry morng I try to pay the Bill and My bill remains unpaid due to your website, I sent a complaint thru the Website and you provided me with my ebill two times again without any response on the Online payment. I spoke to the CCare and they took my complaint and informd that the system was under maintenance and that the same would be proper within 5 days, after 5 days I try again the same result” system under maintenance”. I give a complaint again to the CCare with the same problem and I was informed that the late payment would not be generated due to the system problem. But the system problem was not solved and My phone outgoing calls were blocked due to non-payment of bill, and this too because of your system Failure. Now I was without out going calls and I had to travel to Bangalore urgently. Customre care tells me to find the nearest showroom and pay with the confirmation that the late fee would not be added. WHAT AN IDEA! I was forced to find a showroom and pay my bill to unblock my phone. This is Customer service. I expected This problem would be solved, But to my Utter Surprise the Website still shows SYSTEM MAINTENCE.WHAT KIND OF MAINTENANCE ARE YOU GUYS DOING! AND EVRYTYM I HAVE TO PAY LATE FEES FOR YOUR PROBLEM IN THE SITE> THEN WHY ARE U TELLING ME TO PAY ONLINE, if i have to pay through the showroom. I stopped going to the showroom due to the illtreatment that I have to face at the showroom in Thiruvalla Kerala. Ever since I have been paying online. Now I guess this is Our NEW YEAR GIFT FROM IDEA. WHAT AN IDEA! If you are concerned of this complaint please look into this and respond back as I am not able to pay my bill online even today...the Pic is placed for your perusal.
