Idea Cellular — Non-required bill plans activation & extra bill charges applied

Mobile no - [protected]. Plan changed from Rs 169 to Rs. 1599. Reason told, activation from web portal. Another plan internet Rs 750 activated within couple of days. Plan activated on 22rd Feb. Deactivation request sent on 23rd Feb. 22nd feb was sunday, I was at home where no facility of internet is available, no chance of service activation from my end. Already 2 months have been p[assed, no any issue is resolved yet. I have been there at Idea billing office, bhandarkar rd. 3 times Once visited appilate authority centre at sharda centre erandawane, but people over there taken me out saying we cant help. Please help me out, as said monile no is very important to me as my papa is using it and having the same number from long ago. so cant just keep away this number.
