Idea Cellular — Non-Sense messeges | |||
I was facing problem unwanted and unnecessary SMSs receiving which is creating non-sense, since I have taken new SIM card of IDEA network. From the date of activation, number of messages (above 100 messeges per day) are received from CH(50). I have requested when I called IDEA customer care to stop, but nobody is able to deactivate this messeges. These messages are very disturbence and inconvenience from night (from 3.00 AM) to all of the day. I have never knew when I used other networks, this non-sense is whenever taken the SIM from IDEA only. Please resolve this issue and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
