[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not able to connect 59059 for activation of sim

My mobile is showing network for idea sim but for activation process i am not able to connect any of the customer support numbers. Have already submit all my documents. My sim provider don't the solution for this.
Have drop a mail too but not got any proper response.in this you help your cusotmer?
Please respond asap else will drop the idea sim and will opt another network.
