[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not able to send port sms

Hi Team,
I have idea postpaid connection -[protected] and want to port it in other network.

But not able to send PORT SMS on 1900. I am Getting an error message as "Undelivered".

I have complaint about this issue in idea customer care, Issue did not not resolved till now and they have closed the Ticket.
Kindly help.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Sorry for trouble caused to you. Request you to select this number given in your messgae setting[protected]
Once you done with the settings, try to send the message again by typing PORT <space> your number and send it to 1900 from your Idea number.
