Dear sir
My name is mr kairm panjwani and i am your customer since past 2 years and having more then 250 numbers of your idea, i am wanting to get in touch with the ceo of idea cellular due to few issues that has disturbed my reputation and effected my business and also lead to business loss.In once case i have paid more then 35000 rs on 3 numbers that are 2g used and, no proper reconciliation has yet being deon.
Now i have some serious issue and i am asking the local team in surat and gujarat region to connect me with the ceo of idea cellular, but in vain. I have sent more then 7 to 8 mails to the higher authority in ahmd. Gujarat office but no one is willing to share the contact ref of the higher authority.

My another a/no is[protected] voice no i want to discontinue all this no. Also so will give the request to you directly

Mr puneet i need you to take some serious initiatives and help me to get in touch with you directly so that we can bring solution to the problems that i have faced since past few weeks, and not to forget my business loss due to negelency of your local team in surat, and also need justification for few things i need not to mention all that in this public blog.

The problems is not yet resolved .. They called me then asked me to wait.. Thats what they alwyas doo and then after a long wait .. And this wait is still not over... I stil havent got the proper solution to my problem...
