[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — not getting incoming calls.its saying "this number does not exist" when someone is trying to call me

This is happening since last month i m able to make calls from my idea number but couldnt get the incoming calls from any network. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible because it is creating a mess in my daily worklife. I tried calling customer care but they couldnt connect me to my preferred language person and i couldnt get any help out of them. Its really urgent so please do it as soon as possible
