I am trying to port my number, but didn’t approve my request. I have generated two porting code iw123932, iw373754 one in aug & second in october, but the cancelled both. Even i they didn’t msg or mail me that my request has rejected, when i call them to know the satus abt my porting request then they told me that my request has been rejected. When i asked them the reason for rejection they replied that you didn’t pay proper bill, this is disgusting i have already submit 120rs extra in october month bill, i have receipt in my mail, other operator says that they are leaving ur number willingly, i really frustrated from idea, this is mentally harassment, deliberately idea is doing this. I am requesting for help to porting out my number, it will be a great help.. Plz help. Plz tell where mention my mobile number. Was this information helpful? |

Oct 26, 2017 Updated by neha.y Dear Lakshmi, M failed to port my idea number, now m trying to migrate my number postpaid to prepaid but idea rejected my request 2 times, request number was- C[protected], C[protected] reason mention in msg that due to outstanding in your account, request you to clear this, after rejected my both request m again sent a request to idea to migrate my number as postpaid to prepaid C[protected], I don’t know why this company doing this to me, I already submitted 320 RS extra, if need more amount m ready to do that.

I rcvd a msg regarding my porting request -
“Hello! Your Porting Request IW143472 dated 04Nov17 has been rejected by your current operator due to This post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments due. Pls contact your current Operator for further details.”
Thank you sooooo much for rejecting my all request again & again & again, thank you for my mentally harrasment, I am helpless now, nothing to say to idea, only one question to idea team why you are doing this to me?????
