Idea Cellular — not received paid bill receipt

hi sir, my number .. [protected] i have paid 711/- rupees of last month bill through net banking but i did not received any bill receipt against my payment when i called to customer care service they told they did not have receipt only have transaction number which is nothing to meaning me..even i tried to idea showroom but i got negative response... such a big telecome giant do not have any receipt ...please solved my issue and provide my bill receipt of paid bill
