[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — not receiving messages for otp from bank

I also have same problem of not getting otp i have business on my mobile transfer tatkal amount transfer customer geeting rid of due to no transfer on holidays of bank i have replaced from 3g idea since to 4g and problem arises no sms are coming from family friends and bank also otp so please resolve it, customer care says to stay 24hrs but still not getting otps.
