Idea Cellular — not receiving otp and sms

I m unable to recieve any otp and msg to my idea number its hard to do online transaction without otp and always no network i don't recieve any msg at all
All my important work place i have registered this. Number and no msg at all
Even i didn't get my bus ticket through sms and i had to go for gmail msg
