[Resolved] Idea Cellular — number deactivated /barred

I am using idea postpaid service and now without my knowledge sim is deactivated.I contacted customer care 10-12 times and came to know that due to some due amount its barred, butr I don't have any due payment and submitted all proof for the same.From last 6 days I am facing this issue.
