Hi team,
My number ([protected]) got deactivated by idea even though i was doing regular recharge on it and when i brought this number/mobile along with me in uk.
I have this number linked to so many places and idea team is not even listening or ready to help.
I am in uk and cannot go physically there to their shops but when my family visited or i called them they completely denied to support.
Awaiting some help and guidance on this.

Sorry for the trouble caused. To know your outgoing call details, Send an SMS to 12345 from your registered number number. SMS format EBILL<space>MON / Eg: EBILL<space> JAN. If your Email Id is not registered with us first register your Email Id follow these steps send EMAILID<space> Email address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.
