Dear,
My name is Renu Varshney my mobile number is [protected]. I want to switch my number from postpaid to prepaid & for that I had visited your Idea showroom sevral times since last 4 months. On my every visit they just say that you will receive the call from our customer care executive but from my first visit none of your member had called me.
Please note, from now onwards I'll not pay a single penny of my bill because I am fed up from your services. Please look into the matter & close the process as soon as possible or on next working day I'll file the petition in court for mental harrrasment.
I wish to receive the call for this process from your higher department to complete it asap.
