[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Offer benefit not received from 10 days | |||||
On 21/11/2016 on my number [protected] i received an offer from the company ''in 293 rs unlimited local +std calls +3GB 3G data for 28 days'' as i received this offer i did recharged with 293 on the same date.and its today the 10th day i have not yet received this benefit from the company i called many times to the customer care and still no action was taken i had also emailed 3 times one on 25 and 2nd on 29 and 3rd on 30th of November.and today 30/11/2016 they credited 199.33 rs +1GB 3G data .iam not satisfied with this kind of company's resolution. the company should provide me the same offer which offered on my number or if the company cannot then the company has to pay the money 293 rs with fine.
