My name bharatgiri b goswami i am old idea prepaid customer i have old sim [protected] to morrow i am change new sim[protected] all activation process are complete but new sim not activate and old sim also de active now i am request to pl. Solve this problem help me.. Pl. Idea customer care also complain for this metter pl. Sir help me
