[Resolved] Idea Cellular — on regarding net sim plan change - sim no. [protected]

As per coustomer care call on 08/07/2017, i paid all the dues upto 8/07/17 as payment of rs. 860 & rs. 545 for my net sim [protected] and changed my plan to basic thariff around rs. 100/-. The lady who called me in my idea no [protected] on that day said me that the plan has changed successfully today onwards. You can verify the call in your records available in your office. But now i came to know that the plan has not changed, and i have a due amount of rs. 1308/-. However this is a cheating. So i am not willing to continue this connection and i am disconnecting this connection.
Please disconnect this connection by avoiding the dues. I am ready to pay the bill as per the thariff that your staff agreed to change on 08/07/2017.
