I am idea service provider customer from last 10 year.
I have paid online payment for my below 2 numbers on 24 july 2017 but not reflecting in system.

First complaint logged 25 july 2017 but no use. Later on i was contacted may times with customer care but not useful. They are just logging complaint and closing it.
Customer care simply asking for bank transaction which has been already provided.
Also, i have visited pune - pimple saudagar idea outlet to log complaint and after all providing relevant documents via email is of no use. Outlet guy has given email id (Mhcrsps. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) to send document but not even bother to confirm document acceptance.
I have tried more 30 times to connect customer care viz toll free number i.1. 198 but its always busy and not connected. One day, was able to connect and logged complaint and it got closed without resolving issue.
What i see, all pathetic service and co-ordination. Again today i have reconnected with customer care and logged complaint.
