You can contact me on the same Idea number +91 [protected] as incoming call are still active on it. I have been continuously writing to the appellate and Idea customer care but did't got any positive response and my problems still remains unresolved.
This evening around 6:10 pm, I visited the Idea Retail Store, Plot No. 9, Rajendra Bhavan, Adalat Road, Aurangabad (MS) - 431001, hoping to meet some concern person who can resolve my issues but was horrified to meet the store manager Mr. Raj Singh ([protected]) who was rude and arrogant and truly didn't have manners how to communicate and resolve customer issues who is already suffering due to poor services. He denied to accept my written application and asked me to communicate with higher authorities thru email. It clearly shows that he had nothing to do with my issues as he was asking me to pay the bill if i want to resume the outgoing and 3G services.

Seems that there is no coordination between the customer service desk, Back end department, Technical and the Billing department...as i am receiving calls regarding bill payment to resume the services. I requested them to first resolve the network issues...call dropping, call failure, call connectivity and 3G issues and then ask a customer for bill payment. I think barring a number without resolving the issues, without closing the complaints is against the policy and also a crime.
