[Resolved] Idea Cellular — outgoing call facility withheld by operator though bill was paid

Bill generated on 22nd October 2018 and it was paid very next day on 23rd.Still the outgoing facility was withdrawn. I made a complaint and the service is restored. But again the outgoing call service was withdrawn very next day. Again I made a complaint. Service was restored on 29th again. Service was again withheld on 30th October.I tried to make compaint again but the auto system did not register my complaint.I am harassed time and again.The call operators were also did not know why this restriction of service went on again and again.

Updated by Genexx Valley Services were resumed on 6th November 2018 after a complaint was made on 1st November through this forum.But the services has been withdrawn again yesterday 10th November 2018
