[Resolved] Idea Cellular — outgoing services are not started.

I was with idea since 5years now when I converted my postpaid connection to prepaid my services are all stopped even after visiting your idea gallary they said they can't do anything.

Your customer care representative are also useless.

Your customer care email has no response sisnce 30 days.

Worst to worst experience ever .

How can someone wait 2 3 days without incoming and outgoing in these today's world.
