[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — over charged twice consecutively and no justified solution from appellate

Complaint written to appellate after a month of harrassment : My phone number is [protected]. As a final effort from my side... I am writing this email.. To which if no positive response is received within two days...I wud like to discontinue with idea. I have been complaining since the 5th of august against the unfairly charged GPRS amount to me. I was told initially that the problem wud b solved within 72 hours. Well today is the 10th of the next month and the date for resolving has been shifted to[protected]. What kind of harassment is this? My GPRS has been deactivated since 6/8/2014... Outgoing on my phone has been stopped since 20 days. I have made 'n' number of calls to customer care... Wherein each time a new date is given to me. I keep getting calls for recovery everyday at least 4times a day... And many such messages. The next months bill due date Wud also pass on the 11th. So the cycle wud continue... Late payment charges... Phones for recovery... Messages and to top it all... No SERVICE. I can't use my phone then why shud I pay anything at all? And yet I am the one calling customer care time n again? I repeat... If this email does nit generate a response for a solution within 2 days... I wud wish my Sim to b deactivated. There is no dearth of service providers that I shud continue with you... Where no service ...no solution has been provided for over a month. Not to forget the harassment that repeated calls and messages for recovery cause. To ensure that I am not hassled after deactivation... I wud send the same email to the telecom consumer greivance cell. Awaiting quick action. Kamal Bothra [protected]. I am being at my cooperative best and you are sounding as i[censored] r doing me a favour. Thank you sir. But now I wouldn't make any payment and refer the case to the consumer court first. To which ... The appellate after another month of no service... Cancelled the wrongly charged amount... But the late payment charges and base fare for tge month of no service continue to b charged. I am very harraased. Please help.
