Idea Cellular — OverBill of AP_Seg_2G Idea Super Combo 249

Hello there, i was charged with bill of Rs. 477.08 for unnecessarily charges for 2g usage which wasnt even 200mb, my phone number is [protected], i only got this plan because it has good benefits under 249, if im getting charged without reason i would like to disconnect my number Please rectify this issue and reduce my bill to original terms n conditions with free 2g usage
