[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Overcharging of data usage

Dear sir, My name is sudhir dwivedi and my mobile no is [protected]. I am an idea user from last 3 years. This month i got the bill of 5700 when i talked to customer support executive he is saying u have changed your bill plan in mid month thats why we are charging prorated data charges of rs 3700. Is it a some kind of joke. Every time only idea does that. No other company fined their customers that much only for changing their plan. This is second time you guys has done the same. I request you to please reduce my prorated data charges and resend correct bill. Otherwise i am not going to pay the bill and this is i will switch to another service provider.
