[Resolved] Idea Cellular — payment and miscommunication

Idea cellular has filed the case on my name without any intimation on mail that the payment is due. Directly police person calling and using abusive language "stating that we have notice on your name you need to come to high court now". I asked him the reason, he didnt made me aware and given a lawyers number. Lawyer also used very bad language like i am a criminal and after many a requests i got to know there is a pending bill of amount 1296 which i need to pay. I relocated from one state to other thus my mobile no. Got deactivated automatically. But i use to check mails all the time. No any direct communication received from the company that the bill is due. This is not the professional way. If a phone no. Is not reachable they must communicate from other means also like gmail.
