PDear Sir,
I got this mobile number through your executive who visited my residence after taking all the proofs. Since it was heavy amount for me I requested your executives to change the number from postpaid to prepaid. Till date it was not done.
I spoke to one of your staff Ms. Saranya and she finalized the payment from Rs.600 to Rs.203.36 which has already been paid on 31st January, 2017. The same has also been informed to her and mail has also been sent to appellate authority of idea on the same day and she told that she will depute somebody to collect the proof and change the number from postpaid to prepaid and not to use the number till it is finalized.
But till date no one has approached me for further process and I am getting threatening messages from idea on regular basis. As I am a patient, I am not in position to visit the showroom to get the number change from postpaid to prepaid.
This month again I have received a bill to pay an amount of Rs.169 for the above mentioned mobile number and I am getting a lethorgic reply from idea customer care members.
I request you to kindly depute someone to solve this issue as soon as possible. Looking for the earliest reply.
