Idea Cellular — Payment not received | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I was having a postpaid connection of Idea Cellular. Mob. No. [protected] Praful K.Agrawal In the month of february i got my idea no ported into other service provider. According to company's commitment and policy i was supposed to get my security refund and balance advance payment within 45 days but as on today's date i have not received any amount. Regarding this issue i have visited the concern Idea store several times but did't got any satisfactory answer and even the people sitting there(including the store head/owner) are telling that they cannot do anything about this. Total amount to be refunded is Rs 909.67 Not able to upload last bill because it is .pdf format. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per above posts and telephonic discussions with Idea customer occurring from past 3 months, i was hoping that i'll receive my balance cheque soon but it seems that IDEA CELLULAR LTD. is not at all bother about Consumers...The amount which was supposed to come in February'15 haven't reached to me till Today(06-Oct-15)...
