I have recharged no [protected] with rs 509. Money is deducted from my account but phone is still not recharged. Please look into the issue on urgent basis. It is very unprofessional that you are deducting money from persons account but not recharging the phone. Your customer care no says you dialled wrong number when i select the option for chat with representative. This is happening for last 1 week

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our records the mentioned recharge amount is not reflecting in our system. Hence, we request you to check with your respective bank. Ideally the amount gets reversed back within 7 working days from the date of recharge. If not reversed please help us with the bank statement from the recharge date till today so that we can assist you further.
