[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Port mobile postpaid connection to prepaid | |||||
I am a prepaid customer with ph. No.[protected]. I requested to port my postpaid connection to prepaid on 28/3/2017. On 30th 11am my no. Disconnected and inform me that the prepaid connection will activate within 24hrs. But still not activate. Customer care made irresponsible reply.
