Idea Cellular — Postpaid Bill | |||||
I have a IDEA postpaid connection no. [protected] which I am using from more than one year. Last month I had started their 3G services. Post that my bill which normally comes around 150-200 came to 816 for September month. I was shocked on seeing this inflated bill. On calling them I came to know that apart from their calling and 3G charge, they had charged me additional 400 for using extra 92mb about which I was never intimated. After speaking to one of their supervisor, she told me that they will reduce my bill and send me the details. I keep getting SMS about new bill amount of 562.60 but have never got any bill or details. When asked the customer care team they say it will come in your next bill. So they expect me to pay them amount without knowing the precise details and then they will send me the bill. Also they have now send me another SMS for unbilled amount of 598.62 totalling to 1161.62. This is totally ridiculous and pathetic. They just keep calling and sending SMS to pay without understanding and resolving my query. Was this information helpful? | |||||
