Idea Cellular — Postpaid bill - charged for unused and immediately deactivate useless vas service

I received bill of rs. 278 from idea with below details:

Reference no. :[protected]
Invoice date :04-jul-2017
I am charged rs. 115 extra for vas services, 2 times rs. 35 (Total 70 rs) for bluelima services and rs. 45 for global models serivce. I have never requested for this service and i immediately deactivated it before 24 hrs. I tried calling customer care but they are not connecting call with their executive. Worst service provided by idea.!
