[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Postpaid bill pay on wrong number - No response from IDEA

Dear Team,
I have pay my mobile number postpaid bill by PayTm.

I have mistakenly Bill Payment Of Idea Mobile [protected] instead of [protected].

Now i want return or refund. Then what is process?

reference number - GJ[protected]

Amount- 600 Rs.

I already Contact to IDEA within 48 Hours but they told me visit nearest IDEA STORE... I went there then they told me CALL on 198.

Doesn't understand what to do!

As per our telephonic talk, idea will refund in 48 hours! Its 50 hours! Still doesn't get any refund!

Totally waste of time and seriously, I can't trust more on IDEA.

I hope u understand that how can we trust on your Company! I already mentioned that IDEA is not trustworthy...In other service provider, they give solution at a time. And What's about IDEA!?!?!
