Hi Idea Team,

I have changed my planned from Postpaid to Idea Prepaid.
but Bill generated for Feb 2016 month is including Rs. 905.72 even I had data when I was changing from postpaid to prepaid.

Please do not fool people about your silly stretagy as data pack given for monthly uses its depend on us that rather we used in 1 day or in 1 month.

Kindly look into matter as soon as possible.

Hi Team

I got a call from executive saying that you have charged because your plan is activated for 19 days so pro ration based charged will be there.

if Pro ration amount will not waived off then I will change my subscriber.
