Idea Cellular — Postpaid sim not activated afted one month , after advanced payment

I bought a sim card on 17 january 2015, and advanced payment of 250, after two days they call me from their office and said my documents are lost and asked for soft copy, then I sent again softcopy of my documents on the email- [protected]@gmail.com, but the sim card is never activated, now they dont respond any call . As they say their office is located in Pitampura Delhi Name and numbers of the agents . Prashant- [protected] Santosh- [protected]
