[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid to prepaid conversion delay and the number is off for more than 2 days

Sir I had applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion of my idea no. [protected] from idea centre in lalkuan district nainital u. K. He said that it is 7 days process, and your number will be switched off for 2 days. But my number get off the same day i register. Today is the 3rd day but my is still switched off.
