[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid to prepaid conversion in pune | |||||
I have maharashtra circle phone number. For the last 10 years, i am using this postpaid service. Now, i want to change to prepaid. I approached 2 times to this store and i was told that, it is mandatory to buy rs 557 pack to convert to prepaid. I am frustrated with their cooperation and planning to port it to other providers. Idea store Idea cellular ltd, shop no 9, ground floor, spot 18 mall, pimple saudagr pune, maharashtra - 411027 Can anyone help here to sort this out?...
