[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid to prepaid conversion not done

I am from Jorhat, assam. Me and my wife are using idea postpaid for a long time. But we both applied our connections to convert from postpaid to prepaid more than a month ago. But till date our numbers are not activated. I have contacted the local idea office many times. But never get any positive response from the Idea officials. Please help us as these are our primary numbers and we are facing a lot of problems. The numbers are
