[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid to prepaid conversion theft of 1000 rs.

I paid 495 rs to idea in their outlet. I was told that the process shall take around 4 to 5 days and get the conversion complete. I was asked to come to shop to complete the conversion i. E. Activation processes today.
There they told me that 178 rs recharge was added by default. However this plan only offers 1gb / month, while the plan i had selected was offering me 1.4gb/ day for longer validity. Why is it i have to pay unnecessary 178 rs when i wanted the benefits of 495rs plan???
Idea is the biggest thief in the market. Hope all shall stop using this soon.

My idea excess money of 500rs is also lost.. I had made prepayment of this money when using postpaid. I donot know how can i get this money back.
In general the total theft is around 1k inr.

My number [protected] plan is been changed without my permission and without asking me .y plan was of rs124 and now they changed it to 349 what the hell is wrong with you people?

The customer service people of Idea at SN 2, Saloni Apartment, Paud Rd, Gurha Slathia, Ideal Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038 are the worst.
I hope Idea does something about that.
