[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid to prepaid sim show no service

I have requested through idea store for postpaid to prepaid for my number.

Tomorrow on 20 - nov. 2017 my card shows me no service.

So i change the card with was provided by idea store. But still this card is not working still it show no service in phone

So now my both card showing no service. What i have to do.

When service going to active.

How many time you will take.
