[Resolved] Idea Cellular — premature stopping of services

I had recharged idea cellular mobile connection on 23rd october for 70 days by paying rs. 398/-. Yesterday[17/11/2018] by 9 am i lost all services of idea cellular in my mobile. There was no warning or information as to what was wrong. My no. Is [protected]. I am really at a loss to communicate with anybody, because this idea connection was the only way out for me. If by tomorrow 8 am this problem is not solved i will be forced to go for some other mobile connection. So far i was very much satisfied with the idea connection, i used to boast of it to my friends. I used to make fun of those who had bsnl connection. Now they are making fun of me.
