[Resolved] Idea Cellular — premium sms charges in postpaid bill

My idea postpaid bill has a new item called "premium sms" which i dont know what is for and how they charged without my knowledge of subscribing something like that. It has come to my postpaid bill 5 to 6 times, Even in this month bill it is there and I am really frustrated with this.When i called the customer care, they told it is a third party item and if i install that charges will be deducted. I am using a normal basic phone which dont have any smartphone features so that i can install something like that. In fact i haven't used the mobile data also.
