Complaint marked as Resolved They are simply closing complaints without even contacting.This is ridiculuous..
My idea postpaid bill has a new item called "premium sms" which i dont know what is for and how they charged without my knowledge of subscribing something like that. It has come to my postpaid bill 5 to 6 times, Even in this month bill it is there and I am really frustrated with this.When i called the customer care, they told it is a third party item and if i install that charges will be deducted. I am using a normal basic phone which dont have any smartphone features so that i can install something like that. In fact i haven't used the mobile data also. Dont now why idea is doing something fraud like this without informing the customer about this.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
