I had done an idea mobile recharge for rs 398. The amount has been deducted from my account, but the number never got recharged. I called up the customer care and they said the amount will be reverted in 3-5 days. But it's been three weeks since then and the amount has not been reverted back.
They keep saying the amount will be reverted by the end of the week. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved. I will be reaching out to zonal incharge or regional manager in case this is not resolved.
