Regarding data charges - please note due to high charges of data from idea, i was suppose to port my number to other network. I had sent you request for mnp before 12th May. After that your idea executive convince me to stay with idea with changed plan of 349 which has unlimited data & so no data charges. Thats why I changed that plan & that too after lot of follow ups from my side as your executives closed my Port request without even changing the plan.
I accepted the plan on 19th May.
Your executive just tells that Pro Rata charges will be applied. Who will explain what will be pro rata charges & that too such huge amount of 1041. When i had active plans for entire month & I am using data as per the plan why should i pay for it.
Also when i call your executive after this, she tells me why did you change your plan in between of the billing cycle. This should be informed or conveyed while changing the plan not after complaining.
This time I will be porting to other network as Idea is one of the worst services.
Please note i already have charged wrongly before & you dint entertained that time, still i paid the payment keeping in mind the same thing will not happen again.
But this time this will not be accepted. I really don't have time for your nonsense things. Refer previous communications or the executives who knows this matter & please remove such wrong charges.
Such kind of poor customer service not looks good from aditya birla group.
